The AAP registrar is the official steward of the college's academic student records and is charged with ensuring the accuracy and integrity of those records. To this end, the registrar has a fiduciary responsibility for all matters related to academic policies, forms, and records for all undergraduate and delegated and professional master's degree programs in the college. The following links and forms are maintained by the AAP registrar for the convenience of undergraduate and delegated and professional master's degree students wishing easy access to the most frequently referenced forms.
