Dual Degrees with Landscape Architecture and Real Estate
For students with a specific interest in design, a dual M.R.P. degree program is offered with landscape architecture (M.L.A.). Students can also receive a dual degree program with the Baker Program in Real Estate, administered by the Paul Rubacha Department of Real Estate (M.P.S./RE).

The doctor of philosophy (Ph.D.) program offers advanced specialized education for a career in academic research and teaching or in policy research and administration.
