Yasmeen Abedifard and Marsha Taichman: Bookkeeping: Artists' Books at Cornell

This event has passed.

Two female caricatures, one with brown hair the other with green, looking at a book against an orange background.

Artists' books are amorphous, difficult objects to define, but are generally classified as works of art that take the form of a book, or a take on the book form. The exhibition in Tjaden Gallery is a collection of work from students, staff, and faculty in the College of Architecture, Art and Planning, as well as other departments around campus. The exhibition continues in the Mui Ho Fine Arts Library in Rand Hall, where selected materials from the artists' books collection are on display.

This exhibition is curated by Yasmeen Abedifard (M.F.A. '20) and Marsha Taichman, visual resources and public services librarian in AAP's Mui Ho Fine Arts Library.
