At AAP, I hope to learn the necessary tools to design impactful structures that resonate with people and make life easier.

Why did you choose Cornell and AAP?

I chose Cornell AAP as I wanted to start architecture classes from day one at this diverse, socially engaging, and educationally rigorous university. I want to learn from exceptional professors among talented peers. I grew up in the country and fell in love with Cornell's outstanding campus that carries not only the scent of home but also the scent of the city and adventures that await. I know that AAP's resourceful and superb B.Arch. program will heighten my awareness of environmental design and challenge me to think about modern solutions.

What are your extracurricular interests and how have you incorporated them into your college life?

I am interested in studio art, especially drawing precisely with colored pencil. Also, I enjoy writing for fun. I swim, bike, and ski recreationally.

What do you hope to accomplish during your time at AAP and after graduation?

At AAP, I hope to learn the necessary tools to design impactful structures that resonate with people and make life easier. I hope to become an efficient and innovative problem solver in the architectural design workforce who can contribute to a more ecology friendly and people-bridging modern society.
