Donielle Lovell: Envisioning Development and Planning in Tribal Nations
Abstract
Indigenous nations are often considered in the development context through the challenges experienced. However, there are many more opportunities that need to be considered when planning for community development with tribal partners. The talk will focus on a community-centered asset perspective rather than from a deficit viewpoint that is often taken when viewing development and planning in tribal nations.
