AAP Admissions, in collaboration with the Gensler Family AAP NYC Center, is excited to participate in the 21st annual Open House New York Weekend festival! Join us on Saturday, October 21 at the Tata Innovation Center on the Cornell Tech Campus, located on Roosevelt Island, for an inside look at our undergraduate and graduate program offerings. Visitors also have the opportunity to tour the beautiful, open space fifth-floor studio and review projects by current architecture and planning students. Attendance for this event is free and registration is not required. We hope to see you there!

10 a.m. and 2 p.m. | Information Session on Cornell AAP's Academic Programs

Gensler Family AAP NYC Center, Fifth Floor Studio

The College of Architecture, Art, and Planning's  Director of Undergraduate Admissions and Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions will host an information session outlining AAP's academic program offerings across our five departments, review the application process, and answer questions for those interested in furthering their education in architecture, art, planning, design tech, or real estate.

11 a.m. | Studio Tour & Overview of Recent and Current Student Work

Gensler Family AAP NYC Center, Fifth Floor Studio

Led by Executive Director of the Gensler Family AAP NYC Center Robert Balder, this session will feature a tour of the Gensler Family AAP NYC Center. This session also offers an introduction to projects produced by AAP graduate and undergraduate students enrolled in the following degree programs: Architecture (B.Arch., M.Arch., M.S. AAD, M.S. AUD) and Planning (Urban & Regional Studies, Master of Regional Planning). Attendees will be able to review projects completed in both joint architecture and urban planning studios, as well as from workshops conducted in partnership with New York City agencies and/or community-based organizations. This session includes engagement with current AAP NYC students.
