This project aims at organizing and articulating the relationship between individual design components and the clusters they in turn create. Beginning with an aggregation of equilateral triangles by mirroring, flipping, or rotating along their edges, clusters are in turn formed containing new dynamic arrangements of symmetrical responses. A large matrix of spaces is formed from this process and begins to suggest programmatic identifications. The clusters are connected by a spine which serves as an interstitial circulation, eroding the regularity of the system. The individual triangular units are expressed through different tectonic languages and materials. The triangular units also become operable and respond to external factors including sunlight and visual connections to their context.
