Oonagh Davis

Black and White portrait of a young woman with long hair.

For her senior thesis, Oonagh Davis researched the complexities of autism and designed a daycare facility generated by the experience of light, sound, touch, and color. This research was inspired by her passion for visual art and her mother's career working with children with autism. She was awarded the 2019 Rose Mendez Memorial Undergraduate Architectural Scholarship, the 2018 Addison G. Crowley Prize, and the 2018 Heritage Ball Scholarship on behalf of Weiss/Manfredi Architecture, made possible by the AIA NYC and the Center for Architecture. Next school year, Oonagh will be working as a teaching associate for the Cornell Department of Architecture's first-year studio.
