Oh Boya!

Oh Boya! is an exploration in materiality, opacities, and the mental limits of a model walking in front of hundreds of people in a fragile piece of plastic. Poured from liquid silicone with burnt ash poured in while wet, this dress made of liquid turned liquid when Boya walked in it. The materiality of the silicone glazes over the skin, like a fleshy, wearable water. This exploration widened my interests in fashion and material experimentation.
