Hailey Morey is a 2020 graduate of the Master in Regional Planning program at Cornell University. She is passionate about creating spaces that break barriers to produce an inclusive change for a sustainable world.

During her time at Cornell, Hailey traveled to the Kingdom of Tonga to assess the effects of climate change on the pacific islands, she partnered with the Cornell Farmworker Program to create legislative change on farmworker housing conditions, and she collaborated with Midtown Cleveland, Inc. in Cleveland, Ohio to expand public services to their community. Hailey further developed her design skills through the City and Regional Planning department and also served as a Project Manager for the Camp Columbus Redevelopment Plan through Design Connect. In her free time, Hailey enjoyed exploring Ithaca's many waterfalls, as well as working for Cornell Outdoor Education as a rock-climbing instructor.
