AAP Curricular Enrichment Grants: Call For Proposals

AAP Curricular Enrichment Grants support four areas of curricular innovation, including the creation or development of 1) a new large lecture course, 2) a cross-departmental course, 3) an expanded existing course to reach students beyond its current constituency, and 4) an enhanced existing course that adds critical learning experiences for students. Award amounts can range from $10,000 to $30,000. All AAP faculty in Ithaca are eligible to apply.
Applications for AAP faculty who wish to apply the grant to a course in the 2026–2027 or 2027–2028 academic year open February 9 and are due March 27, 2026. Faculty members are encouraged to invite contributions or collaborations from other disciplines.
Interested faculty should submit: 1) a 1-2 page proposal outlining the course description, goals, and support need; 2) curriculum vitae; 3) budget proposal; and 4) a note of support from department chair. Applications should be submitted via Slideroom.
