Multimedia Release Form

I understand that the Cornell University College of Architecture, Art, and Planning (Cornell AAP) is making a recording in which my name, likeness, image, and/or voice may be included and grant Cornell AAP a non-exclusive license to make, use in whole or in part any recorded footage or still images and photography (Recordings) in which my name, likeness, image, and/or voice may be included. I also grant Cornell AAP a non-exclusive license to distribute, display, broadcast, exhibit, adapt, and market any of said Recordings, either alone or as part of its finished productions, and for commercial or non-commercial purposes as Cornell AAP determines. I expressly release Cornell AAP from any claim or liability arising out of or in any way connected with the above uses and representations including any and all claims for defamation or copyright infringement.
