Art Exhibition Publicity Submission Form

This form is to be submitted as a request for exhibition publicity for the Olive Tjaden Gallery and Experimental Gallery in Tjaden Hall. The information provided will be used in the production of a dedicated lecture webpage that appears in the AAP events section. 

All content submitted for the specific event must be original content created or owned by the person completing this form or their authorized representative. If the included content is owned or provided by a third party, please provide their source and the related permissions secured for their use in this context. This ensures we have the legal right to feature them on our webpage. Thank you for your cooperation!

Please note that all fields with an * asterisk are required.

A brief description of the exhibition and any important details to share with our website visitors. 250 words maximum.
Must be written in the third-person to be shared on the AAP website; 150 words preferred.
If you would like to optionally share supplemental external assets such as a personal website of your work or social media handles please provide them in the space provided, separated by a comma.
Provide any related sponsorships to this event.
Will you be having an opening/closing reception related to this event? Please note: Wednesdays from 5–7pm are the default day for receptions. Requests for alternate dates must be submitted to the Art Department for approval and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Please specify the start and end time. Event time should end no later than 9 p.m.
Please confirm if you are the sole owner of the subject Work and/or have the legal authority to reproduce, exhibit, distribute, perform, and display the Work, and that the subject Work does not infringe upon any copyright, moral rights, or intellectual property rights of a third party, nor does the Work invade or infringe upon the privacy or publicity rights of any person.
If you are not able to affirm and warrant cleared rights or ownership, please specify all content that isn’t either cleared (in writing) or is not the Exhibitor's original content.
