AAP Graduate Programs Virtual Info Week: Program Registration

This form should be completed for each program holding a session during AAP Graduate Programs Virtual Info Week. Once we have received all responses, we will compose a final schedule and share it with all involved. The deadline for submission is Thursday, September 5.

If opting-out, you are acknowledging Admission's limited capacity to support other events.
We encourage representing individual graduate programs, but if you prefer a grouping for your session then please note this. For example: Graduate Programs in Planning, MFA's at AAP, Post-Professional Architecture Programs. If you prefer a grouping, please coordinate with all faculty leads involved and only submit once.
If your session will represent a grouping of programs please note all faculty lead names.
Session dates need to fall between Monday, October 28 to Friday, November 1. We recommend start times no earlier than 8:00am and no later than 7:30pm.

All sessions should factor in at least 20 minutes for an audience Q&A. Admissions will collect questions in advance for preparation, but time for live questions is also encouraged.
