Sharing Gratitude

Dear AAP Community —

As we bring this semester to a close and set out to places near and far for winter break, I want to take a brief moment to share how grateful I am for our community. Our common concern for one another and the many acts of genuine care I have seen over the last few months have been critical to our ability to remain focused on our shared mission to face the challenges of our time and bring our creativity, talent, and knowledge together to imagine and build a better world now and for the many generations that follow us.

A beacon of hope for our shared future, I want to congratulate our fall 2023 graduates on all of their tremendous accomplishments and share my admiration for their focus, engagement, compassion, and perseverance. Thanks to the tireless commitment of our faculty, staff, and all of our students year after year, our newest graduates will always have this rare place we all continue to create and care for together to come back to.

With this, I wish everyone a restorative holiday season as we take this cherished time with friends and loved ones and look toward a new year ahead.

Sincerely,
Meejin
