Exhibition Abstract

Dystopian Chronicles began as a world-building exercise and part of an exploration of dystopian visuals and aesthetics. It showcases a collection of structures at different scales, each pushing a specific visual style. The Outhouse Collection kicks off the exhibition series with twelve 3D renderings of outhouses in various locations.

Christopher Arya Rouhi (M.Arch. '24) is a contemplative individual whose creative journey stems from his fascination with aesthetics. Pursuing his master's degree in architecture at Cornell AAP and earning his B.F.A. in architecture from SCAD, his distinctive style blends architectural precision with imaginative storytelling, reflecting his dedication to exploring the enigmatic allure of dystopia. Rouhi's creations stand as a testament to his vision for the world of art and imagination.
