Allison Park's (B.F.A. '23) Greener Grass is a reflection of one's self-exploration into the id, the physical manifestation of one's cravings, and the nonsensical comfort found in the scaffolds of the mind. This space is the result of the artist's primary process, a fantasized body of work created in the depths of the unconscious state in order to mediate the tensions that exist in life. Mating the essences of the artificial and natural, viewers enter into a different dimension, a cauldron of seething excitations.
