Laura-India Garinois is a designer, researcher, and educator working at the intersections of architecture, media, and the environment. Her work investigates the commodification of nature and the lifespan of building materials.

She is cofounder of Superinfra, a design-research practice working across architecture, infrastructure, and ecology.

Her work has been exhibited internationally at venues including the Venice Architecture Biennale, Thessaloniki Design Week and ETH Zürich, and published in POOL Magazine, the Journal of Architectural Education, ASSOCIATION, and KoozArch. She has practiced at CODA, Hou de Sousa, Trimble Architecture, and White Arkitekter, among others.

She holds a Master of Science in Architecture Studies from MIT and a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University.
