The project is a house-library dwelling for a librarian and a guest, located in Fire Island, NY. The initial conception of the project begins with naive intentionality: the particular part of the color painting drawn with gravity is chosen to serve as a formal basis for the project. The project deals with an idea of perfection and imperfection through its two membranes: the inner perfect circle and the outer imperfect circle with subtle bumps. The project drew its inspiration from The Library of Babel by Jorge Luis Borges.
