Billboard Brewery is a new typology for a brewery/office building that allows it to adapt to changes in the brewery industry and grow within an urban context. Sited near the Gowanus Canal in Brooklyn, New York, it is comprised of a vertical core of infrastructure. The prefabricated brewery and office components plug into the infrastructure, allowing them to be reconfigured, replaced, and expanded over time.
