Maya Porath is a doctoral student researching housing, land use, and shared models of property ownership. Prior to her Ph.D. studies, she worked as an architectural designer in NYC and was the Peter Reyner Banham Fellow at the University at Buffalo School of Architecture and Planning (2022-23). Porath holds a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and a Master of Architecture from the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation at Columbia University.
