Lauren McClellan

Lauren McClellan is a licensed architect and principal of Threshold Office, a New York City-based architecture studio focused on small-scale residential and commercial projects, with completed work in the United States, Canada, and Sweden. Prior to founding Threshold Office, McClellan was an Associate at PARA Project, where she contributed to the design of award-winning residences, artists’ studios, and installations. She has previously worked with a range of design and research-driven practices, including Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), WOJR, CLOK, Höweler + Yoon, and the Mediated Matter Group. McClellan holds a Master of Architecture from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design and dual bachelor’s degrees in architecture and engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
