Kutay Biberoglu

Kutay Biberoglu is an Associate Principal at PAU, specializing in the design and management of complex, critical infrastructure projects. His primary focus includes leading the nationwide development of next-generation Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) prototypes for the FAA, establishing deep expertise in architectural design, project management, and life-safety standards. His work also encompasses high-profile civic transit and cultural initiatives, including quality management for the redesign of Penn Station, as well as project roles for Michigan Central Station, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and the Niagara Falls Heritage Gateways. He earned a Master of Architecture from Columbia University’s GSAPP, where he received the Honor Award for Excellence in Design and the William Kinne Fellows Prize, and holds a Bachelor of Architecture with honors from Middle East Technical University.
