Roland Halbe: Looking at Architecture

Roland Halbe studied photography at IED in Cagliari, and he has been a free-lance architectural photographer since 1988. He was the cofounder of Artur Images library in 1995. His work has been shown internationally in group exhibitions at prominent galleries in Germany and Spain. He was the commissioned photographer for the exhibition On-Site: New Architecture in Spain held at MOMA in NYC in 2006. His photographs have been published in major architecture magazines such as Casabella, Architectural Record, Architectural Review, MARK, TASCHEN Books and others. His client list includes Morphosis Architects, Zaha Hadid, RIchard Meier, Jean Nouvel, Odile Decq, Santiago Calatrava, Coop Himmelblau, and other world-renowned architecture firms. Halbe lives in Stuttgart, Germany.
