Roberto Caracciolo: On Painting: A New End

Cornell in Rome Fall 2008 Lecture Series

Roberto Caracciolo was born in New York and lives and works in Rome. He studied at the United World College of the Atlantic in Wales, at the Istituto d’Arte di Urbino, and at the New York Studio School. He has taught or given lectures at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Torino, the Accademia di Belle Arti in Perugia, the Scuola di Specializzazione in Storia dell’Arte dell’Università di Siena, the New York University Master in Arts program in Venice, the Rhode Island School of Design in Rome, the International School of Art in Montecastello di Vibio, as well as at Cornell in Rome. Currently he is arts liaison at the American Academy in Rome, as well as adjunct professor in drawing at New York University in Florence and at Temple University in Rome.
