Pier Paolo Tamburelli: baukuh: Roman Holiday

Cornell in Rome Spring 2008 Lecture Series

The architectural collective, baukuh, was founded in 2004 by Paolo Carpi, Lorenza Laura, Silvia Lupi, Vittorio Pizzigoni, Giacomo Summa, Pier Paolo Tamburelli, Francesca Torzo and Andrea Zanderigo. No member of baukuh is individually responsible for any project; similarly, he completed his studies at the Berlage Institute in Rotterdam.  In 1999, Tamburelli took part in the research project “Mutations,” a study of highway reconstruction in East Germany after the unification. Additionally, Tamburelli assisted Stefano Boeri at the IUAV, lectured at the Berlage Institute and the Rotterdam Academie voor Bouwkunst, and collaborated with Domus from 2004-07.
