A new artist's book by associate professor of art Carl Ostendarp was published this month. Book presents, as an object, Ostendarp's two-tone wall murals that have been used as backdrops in exhibitions of his and his colleagues' paintings at Pace (London), MMK 2007 (Frankfurt), the RISD Museum, and Cornell's Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art.

According to the publisher, Köln-based Snoeck, with Book, "[viewers] are free to project their own imaginary selection onto Ostendarp’s book(pages)walls."

Designed by Uwe Koch, Book is part of the Kienbaum Artists' Book series edited by Jochen Kienbaum. Book is published in both red and blue versions.
