Konrad Wos (B.Arch. '76) brings 30 years experience in real estate development, strategic consulting, and project management to his work. The managing partner of Wos and Wos Development Corporation, Wos has a broad range of expertise including: acquisition, financing, development, sales and marketing, and management of residential and commercial properties. His analytical work assures that decisions are grounded in the financial realities of the marketplace with an architectural background that informs critical physical project evaluations and feasibilities. Wos's marketing and sales experience augments the firm's comprehensive approach to client advisory services. He has been involved in strategic site evaluations, office building feasibility studies, adaptive repositioning of corporate facilities, warehouse distribution, retail and parking facilities in Eastern Europe, environmental due diligence reports, entitlements approval processes, and coordination of design, engineering, and construction professionals.
Wos brings a unique combination of skills to the solution of complex undertakings for corporate clients such as General Electric Company and Cerberus Real Estate Capital Management, LLC. He served on the corporate boards of nonprofit local development corporations where he assisted in real estate financing and corporate funding. Formerly a senior architect with the New York City firm of Voorsanger and Mills, his design work was featured in the New York Times and Architectural Digest. A graduate of the B.Arch. program at Cornell AAP, Wos holds a master of architecture from Princeton University. He completed the Real Estate and Finance Investment Analysis program at NYU SCE. He is currently an officer on his coop board in New York City and is responsible for planning and oversight of CAP EX work for the building. He is also a recognized award winning boutique wine maker with interests in West Texas Craft Brewing and Hotel investments.
