Jason Kaye: Lunch and Career Conversations on Community and Economic Development Finance

Jason Kaye (M.R.P. '07) is a vice president/banker on the project finance team at Citi Community Capital (CCC). CCC is an important part of Citi's Investment Bank, responsible for meeting Citi's community development lending and investing goals under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA).  Prior to joining Citi, Kaye worked at Trufund Financial Services and was a vice president at a real estate advisory firm specializing in economic development incentives, real estate development consulting, land use/zoning, and lobbying on behalf of real estate developers and Fortune 500 companies.  

Kaye received his B.A., magna cum laude, in political science from Binghamton University. He also holds a M.R.P. from Cornell University with a focus on economic development, and a M.S. in real estate finance from New York University (NYU). Kaye went through the Credit Training Program at NYU, and holds a Series 52 license (Municipal Securities Representative).
