Design Connect is a multidisciplinary, student-run, community design organization based at Cornell University. During the spring 2018 semester, a Design Connect project team worked with the Midtown Utica Community Center — a post-resettlement community organization serving Utica's growing refugee population — to develop a master plan and needs assessment for its recently purchased building.
