Cui Zhiyuan: Property Law and Use of Public Assets in China

International Studies in Planning, Spring 2007 Lecture Series Professor Zhiyuan teaches at the Tsinghua Public Policy School and is a visiting professor at the Cornell Law School this spring. He has wide research interests in law and economics, and current projects include use of public assets (oil, land) to provide basic income for citizens, the 'looting' of the state in the sale of state-owned assets, and the theory of' petty bourgeois' socialism.
