B.F.A. students exhibit in Rome
Cornell in Rome students exhibited their work in Wi-Fi Art: Meet Us at Circolo degli Artisti in April.
“To transform that raw space into something successful required a lot of imagination and cooperation on the part of the students,” says assistant professor of art Michael Ashkin, who was in residence in Rome for the semester. “The viewers that arrived paid a lot of attention to the work and responded to it favorably. ”
The exhibition united Cornellians with student artists from the Rhode Island School of Design and Temple University.
