Alex Schweder

Cornell Architecture Post-Professional Masters 2010 Summer Lecture Series

Alex Schweder, an architect by training, experiments with time and performance-based architecture. Schweder's performance architecture is based on the notion that relationships between occupied spaces and occupying subjects are permeable. His performance-based architecture includes "Homing MacGuffin" during New York's Homebase III project 2008, and "Its Form Will Follow Your Performance" at Gallery Magnus Muller in Berlin 2009.
