The 37th annual Cornell Real Estate Conference, "20/20: Hindsight and Foresight," will explore the unfolding challenges, disruptions, and opportunities in commercial real estate as we approach 2020. Through a series of one-on-one interviews, exciting keynote speakers, and panel discussions with some of the industry's most highly-regarded visionaries, conference discussions will include the emergence of PropTech as a real estate disruptor, the impact of retiring Baby Boomers on the commercial real estate industry, and increasing demand for areas that are walkable and amenity-rich in rebounding U.S. city populations.

Featured speakers include Jonathan Gray, president and COO of Blackstone; and Bill Ackman, founder and CEO of Pershing Square Capital Management.

Registration is open and AAP students may take a free shuttle bus to the conference. The conference welcomes all members of the real estate community. Attendees will range from Cornell alumni to nonaffiliates. For more than 35 years, the Cornell Real Estate Council has been a forum for Cornell real estate alumni to convene, network, exchange ideas, and lead bold discussions about cutting-edge topics in real estate.
