Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate (M.P.S. RE)
If you are interested in a multi-disciplinary, STEM-designated master’s in real estate offered by the Paul Rubacha Department of Real Estate, jointly led by Cornell AAP and the SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell, please see the Baker Program in Real Estate Application Guide.
+1 Pathway
The +1 master’s in real estate pathway enables Cornell undergraduates to earn both a bachelor’s degree and a STEM-designated master’s in real estate in just five years. By beginning graduate coursework as an undergraduate, students can complete the M.P.S. RE in only one additional year. The program features a comprehensive curriculum covering finance, development, and urban economics, along with leadership training and optional concentrations such as Development and Sustainability or Real Estate Finance and Investments. Students may choose to spend their final year in New York City, engaging in experiential learning and collaborating with industry professionals.
Applicants should apply in the final semester of their penultimate undergraduate year and are exempt from submitting GMAT/GRE scores, TOEFL scores, or completing a video interview. For questions and additional information, please reach out to bakerprogram@cornell.edu.
