AAP faculty who have notable upcoming research, exhibitions, publications, or other projects can request a media outreach plan using this form.

Please plan to submit this form six to eight weeks in advance of the release date.

Once received, a member of the communications team will contact you to discuss your project in more detail and formulate an appropriate outreach plan.

**Please note that not all projects will necessitate a full media outreach plan; other outcomes include a news story or social media coverage.
