AAP Undergraduate Admissions Fall 2021 Virtual Information Sessions

At this time, formal campus tours and in-person information sessions are not offered, and the undergraduate admissions offices across Cornell University encourage prospective students, their families, and advocates to meet virtually through live sessions and recordings posted on our websites. Cornell has experienced great success with virtual outreach, bringing information and connection to students all around the world, and expects to continue these activities. You can also reach us through email or by telephone with questions.

Please note that Cornell University does not track demonstrated interest. Visiting campus is not required nor expected of applicants. Students can articulate their fit and interest in Cornell in various ways throughout their application.

Below you will find the College of Architecture, Art, and Planning's Virtual Information Session offerings for prospective undergraduate applicants. Please click on the RSVP link to register for each event. You will then receive a confirmation email with zoom information.

AAP Undergraduate Admissions Portfolio Information Session

B.Arch. and B.F.A. applicants must submit a digital portfolio in order to complete their application to Cornell AAP. What kind of artwork can you include? How many pieces should be in it? Where do you submit it? What exactly are we looking for? Why do you need a portfolio at all? And how do you put a portfolio together on my own? We hear these (and many other!) questions all the time, so we thought an info session where we dive into details could be helpful!

And what exactly is the purpose of the interview? Ask all these questions and more
