Below is a very brief overview of the many services we offer to AAP students. For more comprehensive, up-to-date information, please refer to the welcome back email we send each semester as well as our Discord.
Laptop Repair
AAP IT Solutions will assist you with your laptop or desktop computer free of charge (AAP community only). If a part needs to be ordered, you will be sent a link to order and drop off for the repair.
Lending Cage
AAP IT Solutions has a lending cage that offers items for 24-hour checkouts (laptops are only available until midnight) with a $20 per-day late fine.
Print Output
AAP IT Solutions has a full-service plotting center (submit PDFs through a portal) that charges by the foot. You can be billed via bursar, account, or using the Cornell AAP BRICK token on the Ergo blockchain.
