Below is a very brief overview of the many services we offer to AAP faculty and staff. For more comprehensive, up-to-date information, please refer to the welcome back email we send each semester as well as our Discord.
Classroom Tech
Most classrooms are equipped with a DTEN device, allowing screensharing from your laptop via your Zoom app. Please make sure to bring your laptop to class and are logged into Zoom with your Cornell account.
Most classrooms are also equipped with a “call for help” device screen. Clicking one of the four options on the device will send a signal to the AAP IT desk and we will be there to help as soon as possible.
