Position Information
Location: Shanghai
Position Type: Regular/Full-time

Description: PROJECT MANAGER—SHANGHAI
We are offering a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive architect with exceptional project management and design sensibility to join our team based in Shanghai. Candidates must have extensive project experience in China and be fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Ideal candidates must have:
- Minimum 6 years Project Management experience. Priority will be given to those who have extensive project experience in China
- Degree in Architecture from an internationally recognized university
- Extensive experience in contract administration for large scale projects and front-end client / consultant interaction
- Strong desire to deliver excellent architectural design
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Previous working experience in a large international practice is beneficial
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft letters, reports, presentations and proposals in clear articulate English and Chinese
- Open-minded, charismatic, friendly, team player, with strong ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants and colleagues
