The lower level of Sibley Dome has been home to an eatery since 1912, when proprietor Fred Sherwood offered “all kinds of eats” from 7 a.m.–7 p.m. in his establishment called “the Sibley Dog.” Since the 1960s, the student-operated Green Dragon Café has provided the AAP community with a unique lounge and eatery convenient to Sibley, Rand, and Tjaden halls. “the Dragon” offers fresh-brewed coffee in addition to teas and cold beverages, and an assortment of sandwiches, salads, and snacks.
