M.Arch.1 2012
Michael Cabrera's interests in design are not just about communication of an idea or proposal, but the emergence of new dialogs and networks for theory to thrive. The decision to attend Cornell resided solely on his ability to develop those skills that help expand discourse. His year as a graduate assistant has enabled him to work towards this goal. The emergence of digital media dialog and education has been a task that architectural schools are trying to confront. Working with the diverse faculty at Cornell has enabled fundamental milestones to be set in place for enabling the coexistence of both design theory and contemporary design practice for Michael.
