Margrét Harðardóttir and Steve Christer established Studio Granda Iceland in 1987 after winning the competition for the design of the Reykjavík City Hall. The practice is commissioned for public and private buildings as well as infrastructure, planning, product design, and installations in collaboration with artists.
Harðardóttir and Christer are the 2012 Baird Visiting Critics at the College of Architecture, Art, and Planning.
