The Department of City and Regional Planning is located in historic Sibley Hall. In neighboring Rand Hall, the college's Fine Arts Library contains an extensive collection on urban and regional planning. Students also take advantage of the Cornell University Library collection of nearly six-million volumes, one of the largest graduate research libraries in the world.
