Paul Mazzarella has more than 30 years of experience in the planning and community development fields. He has held senior management positions with a variety of local government and nonprofit organizations and has worked extensively on housing, economic development, planning, and land use issues. For the past 20 years, he has served as executive director of Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services, a nationally-acclaimed community development corporation. He received a B.A. from Duke University, an M.R.P. from Cornell University, and completed an executive leadership program at Harvard University.
