The workshop requirement in our professional degree programs gives students opportunities to speak in public policy arenas and to learn to use visual materials in making presentations. Workshop courses are organized around the policy objectives of "real world" clients — a local community planning board, workforce or economic development organization, an international non-governmental organization. The workshops typically culminate in multimedia presentations to the client.
