Internships and summer opportunities are focused on helping students apply knowledge in real world situations. Some are for credit and others provide payment.
- Clarence S. Stein Research Fellowships provide funding for research and outreach by graduate students.
- Cornell in Rome spring semester internships for graduate students with U.N. agencies and other groups.
- Cornell Urban Scholars Program includes internship programs for graduate and undergraduate students in Washington, DC, through the Cornell in Washington Program in partnership with Cornell's Public Service Center.
