Ernst Valery is the founder and president of Ernst Valery Investments Corp. (EVI). He has led the firm in seeking out quality real estate investments and developer partners in emerging markets and in combining superior knowledge of urban markets with project due diligence capabilities. His expertise includes budget planning; design development; marketing; the supervision and guidance of contractors, architects, and engineers; and the structuring of financing — including the securing of Historic and New Markets tax credits, overseeing budget, scheduling, and quality assurance.
He has successfully invested and developed more than 30 completed projects ranging from multi-tenant rental properties to single family renovations, and condominium conversions in Maryland; Pennsylvania; Washington, DC; and New York for the past decade.
Valery is active in social entrepreneurship and volunteer work, which led him to sponsor a pilot computer lab for disadvantaged children in the north-east of Thailand (Udon Thani). He continues to donate his time and money towards projects that uplift communities in the U.S. and abroad.
