Referring to previous studies of a specific site, the Nautilus is a pavilion designed correspondingly to the circulation, form, and orientation of the Johnson Museum, locating at the North end of Libe Slope. Extracting the ideological concept of the museum’s construction, I identify a new conceptual center of the university in my project.
