Studio Granda

Steve Christer established Studio Granda in 1987 with Margrét Harðardóttir as a result of winning the open competition for the design of the Reykjavík City Hall. In addition to practice, he has lectured widely, served on many competition juries, and taught on occasion. 


Steve Christer studied at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne from 1978–81 and received the H. B. Saint (William Bell) Memorial Scholarship in 1981. He completed his formal education at the Architectural Association from 1982–84.
